Built the US and EMEA go-to-market from zero for the group´s corporate AI upskilling arm: outbound motion, playbooks, and a qualified enterprise pipeline. Closed the company´s first enterprise clients across the US and EMEA. Introduced an assessment-first sales motion now standard across the pipeline, plus AI agents for sales operations that lifted team sales-readiness scores by 45%.
EMEA ISV Scale Partner Development Lead, CEE, SSA, MENAT · Oct 2024 – Oct 2025
Drove ISV partner development across 90+ countries in EMEA emerging markets, generating $811K launched ARR (151% YoY), $12.5M qualified pipeline (2,588% YoY), and enabling 12K partners through webinars and bootcamps.

Founded and scaled a platform for non-EU brands to access EU marketplaces, signing €215K ACV and 19 enterprise accounts; raised a new-market growth round in Jan 2024, closing €410K revenue (205% of quota) with 300+ implementations (79%+ NPS); led a U.S. State Department-funded digital transformation project; orchestrated a strategic divestiture in Sep 2022.

Since 2023 Egor has been running a business book club where people meet regularly to talk about the best ideas in business literature. What started as a small experiment has grown into a steady habit: more than 130 meetings, over 100 books read each year, and a community of 700+ people who enjoy learning together.
Egor has completed more than 20 marathons around the world, combining consistency and a genuine love for running. He started during his university years and has kept the habit ever since.
